The short version

Everything Bioactive Labs sells is supplied strictly for laboratory research. Nothing in the catalogue is a medicine, a dietary supplement, a cosmetic, or a food. None of it is intended for human or veterinary consumption, injection, topical application, or any other in-vivo use.

No product on this site holds a marketing authorisation from the MHRA, and none has been evaluated or approved by the MHRA, the EMA, the FDA, or any comparable regulator for use in humans or animals. We make no claim that any compound treats, prevents, cures, or diagnoses any condition, and nothing on this site should be read as such a claim.

Supplying an unlicensed medicinal product for human use is an offence under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012. We do not do it, and by ordering you undertake not to.

Who may order

By placing an order you confirm all of the following, and we rely on that confirmation when we ship:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are a qualified researcher, or are ordering on behalf of a research institution, laboratory, or business.
• You have the training and facilities to handle, store, and dispose of research chemicals safely.
• You will not resell, repackage, or supply the material for human or animal use.
• You accept full responsibility for handling, use, and disposal once the shipment is delivered.

Handling and disposal

Treat every compound as biologically active and of unknown hazard. Use appropriate personal protective equipment, handle lyophilised powder in a controlled environment, and dispose of unused material and consumables through your institution's chemical waste stream.

Your legal obligations

The legal status of these compounds varies by country. Several are prescription-only medicines in the UK when supplied for human use, and some are controlled under the Psychoactive Substances Act 2016 or equivalent legislation elsewhere. You are responsible for confirming that possessing and using a given compound for your intended research is lawful where you are. We cannot make that judgement for you, so check before you order.

We may decline or cancel any order, and will refuse shipment to any destination where we believe the sale would be unlawful. Where an order is cancelled for this reason we refund in full.

Anti-doping

Several compounds in this catalogue appear on the World Anti-Doping Agency prohibited list. Competing athletes should assume any peptide here is prohibited in and out of competition, and should not order.
