Certificates of analysis
Two assays per batch before it is released, and how to get the report for your exact lot.
Last updated 14 August 2026
What we test
Each synthesis lot is assayed twice: once by the manufacturing facility and again by an independent laboratory we contract separately. We publish the independent result.
Testing covers identity by mass spectrometry, purity by reverse-phase HPLC with UV detection at 214 nm, water content by Karl Fischer titration, and residual solvents by gas chromatography. Copper-peptide products additionally get elemental copper by ICP-MS.
Finding your certificate
Every vial carries a lot number on the label, in the form BL-YYMM-NNN. The certificate for that exact lot is filed against that number, and that lot report is the one that ships with your order.
Where a product page offers a certificate to download, it is a representative example for that compound — published so you can see which assays we run and how the report is laid out before you buy. It is not the certificate for the vial you will receive.
For the report covering your own lot, enter your lot number on this page, or email it to us and we will send the PDF and the raw chromatogram back the same working day.
If a result looks wrong
If your own assay disagrees materially with our published figure, tell us and send your method and data. Where we cannot reconcile the difference we replace the vial or refund it, and we pull the remaining stock of that lot pending a re-test.
