The Companies Act 2006 and the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 require a UK online seller to publish those details somewhere easy to find. They appear in the footer of every page as well as here. If any of them are wrong, tell us and we will correct them.

Age restriction

This site is for adults. You must be 18 or over to browse the catalogue or place an order, and you are asked to confirm that on arrival and again at checkout. The confirmation at checkout is the one that is recorded against your order.

We do not knowingly sell to anyone under 18. Where we have reason to believe an order has been placed by a minor we will cancel it and refund it in full.

Regulatory position

Nothing in this catalogue is a medicine, a supplement, a cosmetic, or a food, and nothing here holds a marketing authorisation from the MHRA. We make no claim that any compound treats, prevents, cures or diagnoses anything, and no page on this site should be read as making one.

Supplying an unlicensed medicinal product for human use is an offence under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012. The research-use policy sets out what you undertake when you order, and it is a condition of every sale.

Accuracy and availability

We take care over specifications, purity figures and certificate data, and we correct errors as soon as we find them. Even so, this site is provided as it stands: we do not guarantee that every page is complete and current at every moment, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Where a listed price or specification is obviously wrong, the terms and services page sets out what happens to an affected order.
