The 0.9% benzyl alcohol is what makes this bacteriostatic: a vial can be entered more than once without supporting microbial growth. Otherwise it is sterile water, and it is the standard reconstitution solvent for lyophilised peptides. Sold in 3 ml and 10 ml multi-draw vials with a butyl rubber stopper.

Storage and handling
Store at 15–30 °c, do not freeze. Supplied sterile and sealed — check the wrapper is intact and discard anything opened or damaged rather than returning it to the box.
Returns
Consumers have 14 days from delivery to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we take unopened vials back for 30 days beyond that. Once a seal is broken the vial cannot be resold, so opened items are non-returnable. That does not affect your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have 30 days to reject anything faulty, wrongly supplied or not as described, opened or not, and we refund it in full and cover the return.
