Certificate of analysis

Every batch is assayed by HPLC and mass spectrometry before it is released, and the report is filed against the lot number printed on your vial — that lot report is the one that ships with the order. Ask us for the report covering your lot at any time and we will send it the same working day.

Delivery and handling

Dispatched within one working day, lyophilised and vacuum sealed with a gel pack. Free UK delivery over £99.99, otherwise a flat £4.95 tracked. Tracking arrives by email as soon as the label is printed.

Storage and handling

Store the sealed vial at −20 °c, protect from light. The standard reconstitution solvent for lyophilised peptides is bacteriostatic water; reconstituted material should be refrigerated and the date recorded on the label.

Returns

Consumers have 14 days from delivery to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we take unopened vials back for 30 days beyond that. Once a seal is broken the vial cannot be resold, so opened items are non-returnable. That does not affect your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have 30 days to reject anything faulty, wrongly supplied or not as described, opened or not, and we refund it in full and cover the return.
